Erin Go Bragh

It's my Tuesday to post a card I've made for the challenge of ANYTHING GOES WITH A HANDMADE BOW over at Craft-Dee BowZ. My daughter has a small part of Irish in her heritage and looks Irish. She's got the freckles, the red hair and skin that doesn't tan. Her 3/4 Italian heritage hardly shows!  When I saw this image by Tiddly Inks named Chloe Good Luck, I knew I had to make a St. Patrick's Day for her with it. But, I couldn't post this until AFTER St. Patrick's Day so it's a little late getting posted.
I used some pretty lace that I have in my stock and threaded the same green satin ribbon through it that I made my pretty bow with. My sentiment is a rubber stamp that I curved and stamped on the image paper.
And here's that pretty green satin bow. I made a 4-looped bow with my little bow tool that made this so easy. The ribbon is 1/2" wide and tied together so perfectly with the assistance of the bow tool!
The team has made some beautiful projects to inspire you to join our challenge this month at Craft-Dee BowZ where the challenge is always ANYTHING GOES AND ADD A HAND MADE BOW. I hope you've followed us each Tuesday for inspiration and you still have a few more days to enter our challenge!

                                                                                                      Thanks for stopping by!

Friends .......

Hi
Tracey here with my mid challenge inspiration post ..I love making cards for my friends ... for no other reason but that I value them and hey its nice to get a card letting you know something thinks you are  a great friend ...
I  have made this cute "Bow fronted  card" ... I have seen this shape around on social media and craft blogs  and thought I would  like to have a go for myself . I enjoyed making this card and used a tonic die to get the shape on parts that bow out .The cute image is a digi from tiddly inks .called wryn grow some love and I coloured her with spectrum illustrator pens.
.The pretty papers are from Anna mare designs .
The flowers are pre made from wild orchid. and the stamped sentiment is from woodware.
The beautiful bow was created using my Craft-Deebowz.. bow maker .It is my go to bow maker every time ,so easy to use and creates beautiful bows every time .

My friend loved the card which I had to make a box for as it wouldn't  fit in an envelope !!
I  hope you have a go at making one for yourself and join us in the monthly challenge
Happy Crafting
Tracey xx

Hipster Cat Birthday Card

Hi, it's Marty and it's my Tuesday to post on the Craft-Dee BowZ blog!   As a reminder, our monthly challenge is always ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HANDMADE BOW.  This month’s sponsor is Beccy's Place and the winner of the April challenge will receive one set of digital stamps.   Beccy's online store has an awesome variety of digital stamps and stamp sets to choose from.  She also has freebies and tutorials, so it's worth it to check out her online store and blog.

My son recently turned 30 and I'm sharing the card I made for him.  I thought the cat from the new Hipster stamp set (Tim Holtz) suited him perfectly!

I had the perfect blue ribbon for my card, thanks to Donna!  Of course, I used my bow tool to make my single-loop bow (great for masculine cards).  The bow tool makes it so easy for any size bow, single or multi-loop...there are helpful tutorials hereIf you don't have a bow tool, click here to order one.

If you'd like to know more about how I finished my project, please head over to my blog.

Thank you for stopping by today and we'd love to see you play along in the challenge - you could be our next winner!

Tracey will be back next Tuesday with some more inspiration so don't forget to stop by.  Have a great day!

Celebrating a birthday

Welcome back everyone

Barbara here and its time for our DT Tuesday posts.

Beccy's Place is our sponsor this month and I went into my digi treasure trove and found this beautiful flower in my Beccy's Place file.

A friend of mine has a birthday today and this is the card I am going to give her.

My bow is two single looped bows stacked one on top of the other.
Easy to make if you use the Craft-Dee BowZ tool

Here is a close view of that bow.
The April challenge has begun and we'd love to see a submission from you.
The challenge is always Anything Goes so that makes it easy to come up with a project.
You could be the next winner and the prize is a digital set from Beccy's Place.

Well that's it for today, stop back next Tuesday for another Tuesday project from Marty.

Have a great week.
