Remembering

Hello there!  Joy here with a patriotic card celebrating those that went before us.   I am so thankful for the armed forces and service personell in our country and will never be able to express my gratitude enough for their sacrifices.

Today's card was made from Stamp On It's Vintage Hues Acetate images and I added glossy accents and fine irriedescent glitter behind it.   Once the glue dried I added Dries Clear Art glitter glue to the glitttered area and carefully adhered the acetate to white card stock to get that vibrant image to show off its glory!  I then made my beautiful bow using the Craft-dee Bowz Tool.  The card was very simple to make using both products, but it pulled a big punch.  It's not too late to join us for our May challenge where Cute As a Button Stamps is our generous sponsor.

Without furtherer ado!!
For more information about my card please visit Joyfully Stamps
Have a great day! Hugs, Joy

Create what you love

Hi
It is time for my mid month inspiration project . Sometimes when you feel like crafting you don't have a specific occasion to craft for and it is lovely to just create what you love... This is my create what ypu love project made with all the pretty ,girly things i love .
I used  a plain piece of paper and altered it using gesso,, lindy's gang sprays and a Tim Holtz alterations  brick stencil and texture paste.

I used some lemon and grey papers which i tore up and i stamped and fussy cut some  stamped altenew leaves  to add to the layered look of the project.

.I added a doily die cut and some  pre-made flowers from wild orchid  and a mdf word that had been painted with gesso.I also added a resin framed picture for the focal point and a thin multi looped bow i had made using my Craftdeebowz bow maker.

I hope you like my project and that it inspires you to create what you love and join us in this months  challenge
Happy Crafting

Dance, Dance, Dance and Dance some more...

Hello and Kathy here, it's my Tuesday to post for some inspiration.

For my hosting project, I created this CAS design, using Happy Dance from the Squidgy Collection over at Stampingbella. The theme for this card is dancing in honor of the many May Dance Recitals currently taking place.

Here is a close up of the image that I colored using my Copic markers. After coloring the image, I placed her on an Action Wobble so that she can freely dance.

And here is a close up of the bow, that I made using the Craft-Dee BowZ bow tool. You can create large and fluffy to small and tiny bows with this easy to use tool.

I hope I have inspired you and I hope that you will join in during the challenge.  Our sponsor for the this month is Cute As A Button.

She has some adorable images so please pay her a visit, I'm sure you will find something in her shop that you will enjoy.  Up next is Tracey.

Until next time,
Kathy

With Thanks

Hello Everyone
Barbara here and welcome to the 1st Tuesday of the month.
I like to call it Inspiration Tuesday.

My last inspiration post revolved around printing on printable acetate.
well I wanted to see how that acetate would work if I stamped it instead of printing on it,

Well let me tell ya, I am so pleased

My card is a 5X7 and I used a stamp from Art Gone Wild by Catherine Scanlon - Daisies.
I love this image
For more info on my card,

I added a bow to finish off my card.
And the bow was made using the
