It's Birthday Time

Welcome Back, Everyone!!

It's time for the last Tuesday inspiration post for January. And where has this month flown to???

Hope you have submitted your project to our challenge this month. The theme is always the same - Anything Goes with a Handmade Bow.

It's been cold here in my area and I am looking forward to the warmer temps of spring.

In the meantime, I decided to make a birthday card and share that with you today.

Pop on over to my blog for a little more info about my card.

Just a little bit about my bow - it's a double stacked single loop bow.
How I did it was to make a single loop bow. Next, I made another single loop bow but a little smaller than the first one. I stacked the smaller one on top of the longer bow and tied them together.
Easy Peasy!!!

If you are bow challenged, Craft-Dee BowZ has the perfect tool for you. The tool comes with instructions and there are easy to follow videos on YouTube.
To order just click on the Buy Now button under the picture of the tool on the left sidebar.

Friday will be February 1 and it will be the start of the next challenge.
Hope you will stop by for more fun and inspiration.

Thanks for stopping in today. Hope to see you back here Friday

Flutter Away!

Hello everyone!  I am so glad to be joining the team for the next year while Gail is on leave. I have some pretty big steps to follow, as she is very talented!  Today I have a card to share that was my made for my best friend's birthday.  She loves butterflies and her house is done in earth tones so that was the inspiration for my project.  I used several different brands of dies and stamps, but think they tie in nicely together.  I love it when that happens, don't you?  But most of all I am thankful for the Craft-dee-bowz tool because it makes the perfect bow every time!  Be sure to check out the other designer's inspiration and be sure to jump into the January challenge, as you still have time!

Have a great day!  Hugs, Joy

Always...

 Hi
Tracey here with my mid month inspiration project. I thought i would get ahead for Valentine's day and make something with a heart /love theme . For a change i have not made the focal point from a hand coloured image but have used the Today Bouquet die set from tonic .I have just cut the different dies in lilac and white and simply layered them up to create the pretty heart topper. I have used a Tonic sentiment strip die for the sentiment across the middle .

The flowers are from wild orchid and the flourishes are cut from Marianne D designs dies

The triple loopd bow was formed using thin lilac ribbon and my Craft-Dee BowZ maker which makes beautiful bows every time with ease .

I hope you like my project and that it inspires you to get creating and join us in this months challenge
Happy crafting
Tracey x
